Radford Trans is our regional transportation arm of the group. From its terminals in Norwood and Palmer, Massachusetts, we can provide next day service throughout New England on a LTL (less than truckload) or full truckload basis. Since we blanket the New England area, we can provide same day expedited services as requested by our customers. With our 99.9% on time pick up and delivery performance and our .001% claims ratio, our customers can rest assured their freight will deliver on time and free of any damages. Our fleet management system uses the Internet to keep in constant communication with our vehicles. Dispatchers track each truck and can quickly and efficiently adjust our truck schedules to meet immediate customer demands.
